Customers moved to messaging. Enterprise communications had to follow.
Customers now expect to hear from the businesses they rely on in the same apps they use with friends and family. They want delivery updates on WhatsApp, verification codes that arrive instantly and support conversations that pick up where they left off.
For enterprises, that shift created a sprawl of vendors: one for SMS, another for WhatsApp, a third for voice, a fourth for email. Each has its own contract, integration, reporting and support desk. When a critical message fails, it is often unclear who owns the whole picture.
CommLeap exists to fix that. We bring major messaging channels onto one platform with one API, one set of controls and one accountable team. We are WhatsApp-first because that is where many customer conversations now happen, but never WhatsApp-only, because reliable communication means reaching people on whichever channel works for them.
CommLeap is a Meta Tech Provider for the WhatsApp Business Platform. Businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business Account to CommLeap through Meta's onboarding flow, keep ownership of that account and are billed by Meta directly for WhatsApp messaging, while CommLeap bills only for its own services.
The name
CommLeap stands for a leap forward in communications: from fragmented tools to one platform, from one-way broadcasts to two-way conversations, and from reactive messaging to proactive engagement.
The mark
Our logo is built from twin communication gateways. Together they symbolize connection between businesses and their customers, and the forward movement we aim to bring to every conversation.
